What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Play guitar or go for a long run

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Alexander Hamilton – he was the founder of our financial system and the author of most of The Federalist Papers.

What is Boston’s best-kept secret? Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum

What do you love most about the industry? When I get a first-time home buyer’s offer accepted in a multiple offer scenario.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Building long-standing relationships and branding

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Letting buyer agents know when their offer wasn’t accepted in a multiple offer scenario. I wish we could sell the home to everyone.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Pick up the phone – it’s the heaviest thing in the room. Make the calls you know you need to make.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Director of Sales for the Jim Black Group and then taking the leap in 2020 to start my own team.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? Reading – 12 Week Year and the Road Less Stupid

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Bone-in Rib Eye from Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? First Church

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? I was showing one of my buyers a bar that was for sale. It was not open, and a former patron asked the listing agent (who accompanied the showing) if she could come in. The listing agent allowed her to walk around, and then she fell. An ambulance was called!!!

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? That I’m a father to three adult children- 18, 20, and 21.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Italy – the food, culture, beaches, and the people.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Stop telling and ask more questions!

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? Dotloop – it saves us so much time.
