While building and designing her own custom home in Middleton, Vicky Dimino developed her love for real estate. After the framing of her house was complete, she began working with the construction company to find houses to flip. “Developing those relationships with local builders and contractors totally helped build my career and get the ball rolling easier than most,” Dimino says. With a background working for Lyons Group in Boston, she had the organizational skills necessary to help her succeed in real estate.

An associate broker with Century 21 Integra, Dimino has clients including first-time, luxury and investment buyers throughout Middleton, Topsfield, Boxford, the North Shore and elsewhere north of Boston. “Living in Middleton for over 20 years and raising two kids helped build firm foundations in my market and know the community inside and out,” she explains. She also assists second-home buyers in Southwest Florida, including the Gulf Coast, Naples and Sarasota.

Named a Diamond Elite Producer over multiple years when working for Engel & Völkers, Dimino is starting fresh with Century 21 and is eager to watch her business grow with her new position as team lead. “I truly believe that I’m only as good as those I surround myself with, and we all lead each other in different ways,” she insists. “It’s a rewarding side of the business to see others succeed.”

An advocate for community outreach, Dimino recently joined her office in holding a very successful document-shredding fundraiser event to support the local food pantry. “There is no better way to connect with locals than working with them for specific needs,” she shares. “Living and working in my own community is the best way to understand my local market.” With hobbies already including golf and skiing, she’s also started enjoying playing pickleball.
