Originally from Minneapolis, Judy Korzenowski has lived in Newton for more than 35 years and is entrenched in the community. She began her career in retail as a specialty store buyer and fashion event specialist, which provided useful experience for her success in real estate. When she was recruited into a friend’s brokerage 18 years ago, she jumped at the opportunity to connect with others in finding their dream homes.

With a long history of commendation for her work, Korzenowski has received the International President’s Elite award from Coldwell Banker for two years now and garnered the International Diamond Society award for 2023. She holds memberships in the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and serves on the Newton Fair Housing Committee. Her most notable accomplishment has been the development of an expert ability to guide clients through both buying and selling a home at the same time. In a market that has seen a jump in interest rates with very low inventory, Korzenowski has successfully created a strong online presence through social media and video. A huge sports fan and fitness enthusiast, Korzenowski is married and has three grown sons. She enjoys playing an active role in their many adventures and is proud to be able to plan more leisure and travel time with family into her schedule.
