Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Premier Agent Lynne Morey has achieved yet another record year, with many milestones both personally and professionally. Morey has been named a member of the International Society of Excellence, an accolade awarded to fewer than 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide for her exceptional sales performance three years in a row. In addition, Morey has been featured among the top 100 most powerful women real estate leaders by Globe Magazine.

“2022 was another very successful year for which I am grateful.” says Morey.  “I am proud to say that I have hit a personal record for the highest sale of my career at over $5 million in the town of Plymouth. This brings my total career sales over $500 million.”

Morey has been in the real estate industry for the last 23 years and represents a multitude of clients ranging from first-time buyers to luxury buyers and sellers, as well as downsizers, investors and developers. She handles waterfront and historic properties, land development, new construction and condo conversions in the greater South Shore/Plymouth County region. Dedicated to delivering results beyond expectations, she is upbeat and always available to answer questions.

At this time, most of Morey’s clients are referrals. In the last several years, she’s represented the projects of several developers, ranging from new construction to condo conversions in historic buildings to custom homes. “It’s a tremendous honor to be part of the revitalization,” she says of updating treasured properties.  Morey is now representing a brand-new development in downtown Plymouth called Davis Manor, a luxury 55-plus community steps from Plymouth’s historic waterfront.
