A lifelong resident of the Boston area, Realtor Cyndi Deshaies’ sphere is huge thanks to her past businesses and her involvement in her community.
Prior to beginning a career in real estate, Deshaies was a special education teacher for 15 years, although she also has a degree in applied behavioral analysis. Using this knowledge helps her with client interactions and gauging clients’ personalities.
Deshaies’ knowledge of construction and landscaping is second to none — she worked in construction for 25 years and owned her own landscaping business, Flower Power Landscaping. She also has a vast network of connections with contractors, electricians, HVAC experts, plumbers and other home-renovation tradespeople, and she loves to take care of any issues that arise before they become problems. Additionally, Deshaies attends weekly training sessions to stay on top of trends and sharpen her knowledge of the market.
Today, Deshaies is a top producer at Lamacchia Realty. Despite only being licensed for five years, in 2022 she earned entry into the President’s Club for the second-straight year. She also earned a spot in The President’s Club Elite in 2022 after ranking in the Top Three throughout the entire 500-agent company.
On top of the recognition she’s received from Lamacchia, Deshaies has received Top Producer awards for the past two years in a row from the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors and has also earned the group’s Good Neighbor Award.
In her spare time, Deshaies coaches a women’s softball league, golfs, volunteers with Kylee’s Kare Kitz for Kidz, and fosters dogs with Great Dog Rescue.
Deshaies says she owes all her success to her family, who support her constantly. This spring, she will be welcoming her new grandson.
