With over two decades of experience in real estate, Collin Sullivan works with buyers and sellers in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Seaport, Newton, Wellesley, Weston, Wayland and many of the surrounding communities. He’s assisted clients aged 18 to 83 and says he’s fortunate to work in all price points, from first-time buyers and condominiums to penthouses and sprawling suburban estates. This extensive experience has helped to shape his real estate career to form his brand: City & Suburbs.
While he has an eye for design, along with the ability to see the potential in homes and extensive gut-renovation experience, Sullivan says it’s actually his former career as a professional figure skater that most prepared him for his work as a Realtor. A member of the U.S. national and international teams for years, he says his dedication, discipline and desire to be the best carry on today. Plus, he adds, “I have a very competitive spirit. It’s a great asset when it comes to negotiating for my clients.”
Sullivan doesn’t consider himself to be a salesman—in fact, he wanted absolutely nothing to do with sales prior to becoming a Realtor. “My role in a client’s transaction is so rewarding, whether it is a first home purchase and all the education and handholding that entails, or counseling a seasoned and savvy investor,” he says. “I have never thought of what I do as selling.”
Sullivan’s industry recognitions include Boston Magazine’s Top 100 Agents in 2020, 2021 and 2022. He additionally earned the Platinum Club award at William Raveis for ranking in the top 3% of Realtors company-wide for the third year in a row, and was named the No. 1 agent in Back Bay by William Raveis for the third year in a row.
