Nikolaos Ligris is both a Realtor and a rising star in the legal field — he can do everything from finding your dream home to settling legal disputes about condominiums. Ligris has consistently been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer – Rising Star by Boston Magazine from 2017-2021, an honor only given to the top 2.5% of lawyers in the state under 40 years of age.

Ligris followed in his older brother’s footsteps 23 years ago when he went into real estate. He is a first-generation U.S. citizen, and his father, who had many friends in the industry, steered his sons toward the business. As the son of accomplished immigrants, Ligris considers his work with immigrants his proudest professional accomplishment. 

Ligris provides legal support for both residential and commercial real estate, helping clients buy everything from starter homes to multimillion-dollar properties. He takes pride in his diverse clientele and the fact that most of his clients find him via referral. Although he’s completed commercial transactions as valuable as $50 million, Ligris started in real estate by helping college students and young professionals find apartments near the city, establishing his client rapport to always be friendly and helpful. He describes his style of doing business as “fun and happy law with a side of seriousness when needed,” so there’s no need for clients to be intimidated. There is no transaction too big or too small for Ligris.

When not on the job, he loves to spend time on the soccer field and basketball court with his two sons. Ligris also enjoys traveling to the Berkshires and his native Greece. Ligris also volunteers with the Town of Needham’s Zoning Board, Community Servings and City Kids.
