A member of the Society of Excellence, the top tier of Realtors at Coldwell Banker, Kerrin Rowley has used her 17 years of experience learning everything there is to know about the South Shore real estate market. Rowley has not just worked in the area, but also lived in Hingham for 26 years. This personal and professional experience has helped her learn the ins and outs of the town’s complex bylaws.
A mother and former youth lacrosse coach who loved to inspire confidence in young girls, Rowley is also the former president of the Mothers Club and vice president of Hingham Nursery. She loves to take clients into homes pre-market and give them personal tours of the areas in which they might buy. She shows off South Shore restaurants, beaches and schools, as well as Derby Street shops, so that clients can envision themselves not just buying real estate, but living in the area.
Having played in the Division III lacrosse championships while at The University of Lynchburg, Rowley still finds many ways to stay active, whether it’s tennis, paddle tennis, skiing or walking her golden retriever, Lyon, around town. She even knocked an item off of her bucket list, running the Boston Marathon a week before starting classes to become a Realtor.
Above all else, Rowley prides herself on her hustle. There’s never a moment when a client can’t reach her. Rowley guides her clients through every step of the process, treating everyone as if they were her only client and understanding the immense responsibility she has and the trust her clients put in her.
