Realtor Elisha Lynch of Lamacchia Realty knows the value of investing in one’s own community. Specializing in listing and buying representation, Lynch services Central Massachusetts with a focus on Worcester County. She is proud to have grown up in Worcester, a city she will always love for its culture and diversity.
Ever the believer in passionate advocacy for her community’s well-being, Lynch currently serves as chairperson of the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts’ Community Action Committee.
As a Becker College graduate in early childhood education, Lynch served as a preschool teacher for several years before changing careers. In entering the real estate industry, she found another means of helping others. Lynch explains, “Being part of this journey to help folks achieve their real estate goals, often one of life’s largest investments, is an honor and privilege I’m so thankful for.”
Despite the low-inventory market, Lynch has executed many simultaneous selling and buying transactions. She credits much of this success to strategically guiding her clients through each step. As she puts it, “With so many moving parts at any given time, keeping open and stellar lines of communication is a great way to ensure peace of mind and build trust with clients and throughout the industry.”
While emphasizing the importance of preparedness and education about current and future markets, Lynch also believes in the power of an affable, easygoing nature. Her clients appreciate that she brings humor, patience and ease to the table, which often helps keep situations that could otherwise be very stressful on the lighter side.
Lynch is thankful for year-to-year growth in her business and loves working with repeat and referral clients. “Having a past client reach out a second or third time, or to refer family and friends, is such an amazing compliment,” she says. “There is nothing more rewarding than knowing I’ve successfully guided them and built a long-standing trust along the way.”
