No matter how small, big, difficult, sensitive or unusual a deal may be, Esin Susol gets the results she promises clients.
“Real estate is my passion and a complete commitment for me,” says Susol, Realtor, team lead and vice president of luxury home marketing at Castles Unlimited. A top producer for the past three years, she serves primarily buyers, sellers and investors in metro Boston, including North Shore and South Shore.
Clients often tell Susol that she works harder than anyone they’ve ever met, advising them through high-stress situations and advocating on their behalf. “Attitude is a little thing that makes a huge difference,” she says. “At the end of the day, we are in a people business. Listening with understanding and empathy is crucial when meeting my clients’ expectations.”
While her No. 1 goal is negotiating the best price and best deal for clients, she realizes it takes a lifetime to build a reputation and seconds to destroy it. “Being ethical pays more in the long run, and I take pride in the relationships I build,” she says.
A skilled problem-solver, marketing specialist and negotiator, Susol holds two master’s degrees, a bachelor’s degree and multiple industry certifications, including Seller Representative Specialist, Seller Negotiation Expert, Certified Buyer Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor and Certified Real Estate Team Specialist. She also has taken courses in event planning.
“Learning is my passion,” she says. “I love to challenge my comfort zone.”
Originally from Istanbul, Susol moved to Boston 12 years ago, working as a foreign marketing and sales deputy manager, negotiating and closing distribution contracts with some of the world’s largest manufacturers. By providing clients with personalized attention, she increased the company’s exports by a 25% share. After spending a decade in marketing and sales, she then began applying those skills to real estate five years ago.
