Consistently one of the top producing agents in Boston’s Back Bay for William Raveis, David Crowley is an expert on the city’s rich history and vibrant neighborhoods. As principal of One Boston Luxury Living and sales vice president at William Raveis Boston, he serves his large base of referral and repeat clients in areas ranging from downtown to the Route 128 suburbs.
Crowley also enjoys engaging his younger clients, as well as new arrivals to the Boston area, who appreciate his broad experience and in-depth local knowledge. Over the years he has collaborated with leading developers on projects including D4 and The Modern in the South End, Urbanica 50 in Somerville, Gatehouse 75 in Charlestown and The Nines in East Boston. “My business is geared toward building long-term, high-value customer relationships,” says Crowley. “Just as people require medical, legal or financial professionals, many also need a strategic real estate advisor they can readily call on to address all their property-related needs.”
Prior to entering real estate in 2002, Crowley spent over 20 years as a senior marketing executive for leading technology companies in Europe and North America. Known for his attentiveness, professionalism, strong negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of Boston, he takes an analytical approach to real estate, which he says empowers his clients to make smart, educated decisions with confidence. “I provide sound strategic real estate advice, whether buying, selling, investing or developing,” says Crowley. “The more knowledgeable my clients are, the faster they can react and are then better positioned to take advantage of good market opportunities especially in an intensely competitive environment, such as Greater Boston.”
Crowley is a member of the Chairman’s Elite Club at William Raveis Real Estate, the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, as well as a former president and vice president of Boston’s Ellis South End Neighborhood Association.
Outside of work, Crowley enjoys sailing, hiking and skiing throughout New England.
