Real estate was an easy career choice for Scarlett Tamburro. A third-generation agent, she learned a lot watching her grandfather and parents achieve success in the industry and is thrilled to carry on the family tradition.
A senior sales agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential, Tamburro is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals throughout the Greater Boston area. Whether she’s helping them find their dream home or ideal investment property, she treats everyone as if they were her only client.
“They love my knowledge of the locations and my ability to take how they feel, the type of home and the area they want and turn it into a reality ,” says Tamburro. She grew up in Weston and knows all of the surrounding areas well. Many times, she introduces clients to neighborhoods they may not have realized they wanted to live in until she takes them to a showing and presents them with new possibilities.
Ranked the No. 1 agent at the company in both May and September of 2020, Tamburro has also made Boston Agent’s Who’s Who list for the past four years. Proud to operate a 90%-referral-based business, she hopes to see that figure eventually reach 100%. “I keep hitting my goals and have to make higher ones each year,” she says. “The key to being successful is to continue to generate business from every client.”
Eager to share what she has learned with newer agents, Tamburro is presently training some to be role models for the next generation by enlisting their help at showings. “They learn from experience while giving me time to generate new and more business,” she says. “It’s a win-win.”
To unwind, Tamburro likes to travel and play sports.
