Taking an active role in all aspects of the buying and selling process, Bob Airasian, an agent with Coldwell Banker, is ceaseless in his pursuit of total client satisfaction. “I make it a point to tell myself every day that this job is not about me,” he says. “I focus my time and energy on the client at all times. I truly enjoy navigating my clients through the process of a real estate transaction.”
A former financial adviser, Airasian joined the real estate industry 13 years ago, channeling the skills acquired through his previous sales and service positions. “Early in my real estate career, I did a lot of work with buyers,” he explains. “I was at the age when a lot of my friends were ready to buy, so the timing worked out well.” Now, Airasian balances a wide range of clients in Watertown, Belmont, Waltham and other areas of Greater Boston, maintaining a heavy stream of referrals from clients and his personal network.
During his first three years at Coldwell Banker, Airasian received the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award. “The atmosphere and friendly competition are two major factors in my success,” he says. “I have an excellent manager and feel extremely fortunate to work with very successful agents.”
Airasian enjoys being active in his community. He serves as a board member of the Watertown Community Foundation and a trustee for Watertown Savings Bank and Cambridge’s Mount Auburn Cemetery. He enjoys coaching, running and vacationing with his family.
