As a longtime Burlington resident, Kustov applies her local savvy and 14 years of real estate experience to serve residential buyers and sellers in Burlington, Wilmington, Billerica, Woburn and the surrounding area. By earning their trust and loyalty, she has built a client base composed of 90 percent referrals and continues to exceed expectations at every opportunity. “My clients are always surprised by everything that I do for them, and they often ask, ‘Do all real estate agents do that or just you?’” she explains. “I smile and say, ‘Just me.’”

Originally from Latvia, Kustov immigrated to the United States at 17 and learned English upon her arrival. Prior to earning her real estate license, Kustov owned and operated a Curves franchise in Burlington, in addition to previously working as an administrative assistant, web developer, medical secretary and office administrator. “Real estate offered a sense of fulfillment that is hard to find in another career,” she says of her decision to change direction.

Kustov has been named among the 10 Best Real Estate Agents in Exceptional and Outstanding Client Service in Massachusetts by the American Institute of Real Estate Agents Professionals, and for the last two years, Best Agent Today has awarded her the title of Certified Top Producer. She is a pre-foreclosure and short sale specialist and a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors.

Kustov is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have a 4-year-old son.
