Ryan Wilson, the owner of Wilson Group with Keller Williams Realty, combines cutting-edge marketing and sales techniques with a deep knowledge of the real estate industry. Helping buyers, sellers and investors in Boston and the surrounding suburbs, Wilson works tirelessly on behalf of his clients, remaining positive and levelheaded through even the most difficult transactions.
“I truly believe that knowledge is power, and the more we know about the product we’re selling, negotiations and the overall market, the better we can serve our clients,” he says.
Within the first eight months of 2018, Wilson and his group have closed nearly $70 million, thanks in part to the addition of new team members and the promotions of Mian LaVallee and Alicia Lowe.
Wilson has ranked among the Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Massachusetts, has been recognized by Real Trends, and is a regular on CBS Boston’s “The American Dream.” For six years in a row, he’s taken first place in his office for number of transactions and volume. He is a member of National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and Greater Boston Association of Realtors.
This year, he and his wife welcomed their first child. “It really puts everything that we work so hard for in real estate into perspective and even that much more special that we’re involved in a transaction that helps families,” he says.
Outside of work, he’s extremely passionate about Alex’s Team Foundation, a non-profit that supports the fight against childhood cancer. As president of the foundation, he strives to give each child a chance to follow a dream.
