Jason Deeb combines his keen understanding of the mortgage industry with his love of helping people achieve their dreams to provide his clients with an A-plus lending experience. As vice president and senior loan officer at MSA Mortgage, LLC, Deeb takes a consultative approach, assisting couples and young families with securing a condo in the city or transitioning to the suburbs. Focusing on the Greater Boston housing market, Deeb is also licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Vermont, allowing him to advise buyers, developers and investors across New England.

After a decade of experience, Deeb remains fully committed to his job and his clients, most of whom are from referrals. “My clients are always amazed at how involved I am in the entire process,” he says. “The home loan process can be stressful, and I try to simplify it for the borrower.”

In 2018, Deeb broke into the Top 100 Loan Originators in Massachusetts and is currently on track to fund $65 million this year. “I take the time to find creative options or scenarios to help my clients achieve their goal of homeownership,” he says, explaining that many homeowners struggled with balancing everyday expenses and saving for down payments or closing costs.

Deeb is a founding board member of The 11 Foundation, a non-profit organization. He is an avid golfer and lives in Winthrop with his wife and two children.
