After a record-breaking April and June, Wilk has already surpassed prior end-of-year totals, with over $25 million in sales and pending sales by the end of the second quarter. “When I have a property for sale, my objective is to get as many eyes on the listing and feet through the door,” he explains, adding that each listing has its own website, YouTube link, and custom marketing package. “Some homes call for more out-of-the-box marketing than others, so it is important to be able to look at each home separately and consider all options.”

Wilk has previously received six B.O.L.D. Awards from Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. and earned the title of No. 1 broker associate in the company’s Wellesley office. He has ranked among RealTrends.com’s America’s Best Real Estate Agents and was featured last year on HGTV’s “My Lottery Dream Home.”

Wilk served as director for the Greater Boston Association of Realtors for the past five years and currently is a director for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. He is also on the board of directors for the West End House Camp, a non-profit summer camp for boys in Maine.
