Matt Palmer
Senior Associate
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential

Professional, personable and hardworking are some of the words that come to mind when clients describe Matt Palmer, senior associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential. With eight years of experience in Boston’s residential market, his negotiating skills and his responsiveness to clients’ questions and concerns, he makes the home sale and purchase processes as smooth as possible. “Clients appreciate that I never push anyone toward a decision, understand the importance of giving them all the most accurate market and property information, and allow them to make an educated decision,” he says. “The real estate transaction process can seem confusing and complicated; I make it my job to manage and monitor this process, every step of the way.”

A top-producing agent with Warren Residential since 2009, Palmer has excelled thanks to the support of his team and an impressive work ethic. In 2015, he was awarded the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leading Edge Award, and in 2016, he was named to the President’s Circle. In that year, Palmer increased his sales volume to $10 million and his clients enjoyed a 102 percent average sale-to-list price. He said his biggest personal accomplishments this year have been raising his son while still being successful with work, purchasing and renovating a new home in Watertown, and becoming a landlord with an investment property in South Boston.

Palmer graduated from Western New England College with a bachelor’s degree in business management and moved to Boston in 2009 to start his real estate career. His specialties include working with buyers and sellers around the greater Boston area and working with residential multi-family investments. He currently manages and leases 30-plus properties for landlords around the greater Boston area.

Palmer says that what has been most instrumental to his success is “creating lasting relationships with clients that remain intact past the point of sale, and building trust with clients so they know that the work I do is always in their best interest.”

Matt is a member of the National Association of Realtors. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and fishing in Boston Harbor.
