A career in real estate was inevitable for Skylar Caligaris. The daughter of an award-winning luxury residential developer, Caligaris was born into a family rooted in residential real estate. Early exposure to the development side of the business and an innate desire to make clients’ homeowner dreams come true have made her a natural at her work.

Caligaris currently lives in the North End and has focused her career on the Boston market. A real estate advisor, she is part of The Gilardi Group, a highly successful team within Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. “Being part of The Gilardi Group enables me to provide additional support from a team with over 50 years of experience in the industry,” she says. “It adds to the unique toolbox I draw upon to overcome any transactional challenges.”

That toolbox includes nearly a decade of experience in client-facing customer service and sales roles. Caligaris has collaborated onsite with employees in a high-end real estate workplace services firm and worked in customer service-focused sales in the wedding and luxury vehicle sectors.

“While all transactions follow a similar cycle, I believe each one is unique,” she states. “I tailor a strategy to achieve the best possible results for each client’s individual needs.”

She has extensive experience spanning diverse neighborhoods such as Back Bay, South End, Fenway, Beacon Hill, North End, Charlestown, Jamaica Plain, Dorchester and Somerville. Her clientele includes investors/landlords in rental property transactions, first-time home buyers and sellers and luxury rental clientele. The majority of her clients come from referrals and past business relationships — renters transitioning to buyers and landlords looking to sell or purchase properties.

Caligaris particularly enjoys assisting buyers in navigating their initial real estate transactions and demonstrates a profound understanding of the challenges they encounter in today’s marketplace.
