Being a mortgage loan officer is the only job Jason Evans has had since graduating from Bentley University in 2005, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. He’s proud to say that for the last two years, the Scotsman Guide has named him among the top loan originators under age 40 in the country.

With a business style that prioritizes results and execution, Evans is known for regularly closing loans in 14 days or less, which helps his clients get their home in a competitive market. “With 19 years of experience as a loan officer, I have learned how to navigate potential issues during the loan process and to structure loans correctly upfront so that underwriting is able to approve the client and close their loan on time,” he explains.

When a client says, “Wow, that was easier than I was expecting,” Evans knows he and his support team hit a home run. He credits his success to his ability to clearly explain the loan process and options to his clients. Similarly, he helps borrowers understand the importance of their own role in the process so they are prepared to quickly provide the information needed to help get their loan approved and then close quickly as soon as their offer on a home is accepted.

When he’s not serving clients, Evans enjoys attending Celtics and Patriots games and is a volunteer coach for his kids’ youth sports teams. Last year he coached his daughter’s fourth grade basketball team to the MetroWest Division I state championship.
