Angela Caruso, Realtor

Realty Executives Boston West

Born in the Midwest, former flight attendant Angela Caruso lived all over the country as a child. Adapting to new schools and curriculum, from Las Vegas to Florida, was challenging but developed in her the flexibility necessary for a successful career as a Realtor. States Caruso, “I always had to adapt and almost reinvent myself in every new location, so I feel like that enabled me to be able to talk to anyone, see their point of view and accommodate in ever-changing situations.” Those skills have come in handy in the real estate world, where she focuses on staying positive and doing what it takes to get the job done.

In real estate for more than a decade, Caruso says she feels lucky to do a job she loves. She is fortunate to have most of her business now coming from past clients and referrals and considers her clients friends by the end of the transaction. While Caruso acknowledges the “selling” aspect of real estate, she doesn’t consider herself a salesperson. Rather, she sees herself as more of a friend and advocate for her clients.“Staying strong mentally is a big deal in this business,” she says. “Things don’t always go according to plan, and there are no guarantees. I’m really good at helping my clients stay positive in less-than-ideal situations.”

Caruso has been a member of Realty Executives’ 100% Club every year since 2016 and earned the Diamond Club award in 2021 and 2022, and Executive Club in 2023. She was also recognized in 2023 for buyer agent production as being in the top 13% of Middlesex County and has been among the top 10 in her brokerage for the last several years.

Outside of work, Caruso enjoys trying new activities, spending time with her kids and volunteering at My Brother’s Keeper and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts.
