With 10 years of experience, Boston agent Meredith Kiep is an expert with first-time buyers, relocations, luxury sales, and investment real estate. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer or seasoned investor, she takes the time to listen to her client to determine what will be the perfect fit for their real estate goals. 

Kiep’s first taste of the industry came when she interned at a real estate office while studying at the University of Cincinnati. During that same time, she and her brother, also a Realtor, got into the business of fixing and flipping houses.

Kiep’s biggest professional accomplishment to date is ranking in the Top 2% of the 55,000-plus Berkshire Hathaway agents around the globe. She also earned her place in Berkshire Hathaway’s Presidents’ Circle in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, and was named the top sales agent in her office in 2022. She also won Boston Agent Magazine’s Best Dressed award in 2022.

“Clients have said I am very dedicated, patient, responsive and knowledgeable, especially in a competitive market like Boston,” Kiep says. “I try to be a sounding board for my clients by providing advice and my knowledge of the market so they can make informed decisions.”

An avid volleyball player, Kiep still plays at a competitive level. “I think playing a team sport also helps give me a competitive edge as a Realtor,” she says. “Over the years, it has taught me not only how to be a leader but also a team player, which are both instrumental to being a Realtor. It has also taught me the importance of dedication, hard work and having a positive attitude.”
