Founded in Boston in 1993 by Joseph F. Fallon is best known for its transformation of Fan Pier, a 21-acre stretch of former parking lots on Boston Harbor that it acquired in 2005 in partnership with MassMutual. Over nearly two decades, that vision has become one of the city’s most vibrant waterfront neighborhoods. One Harbor Shore, now underway, will complete the Fan Pier master plan with 122 new waterfront condominiums.
