Peabody properties ranked among the National Affordable Housing Management Association Affordable 100 for another consecutive year.
The award places the Massachusetts-based company among the largest affordable multifamily property management companies nationwide by unit count. This year, Peabody ranked No. 57.
Peabody Properties celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The group manages 16,350 affordable housing units across New England, New Jersey and Florida and recently acquired Lawrence CommunityWorks‘ entire portfolio of affordable housing properties.
“We are incredibly proud to once again be recognized on the NAHMA Affordable 100 List,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and CEO of Peabody Properties. “For us, this recognition is about more than numbers. It reflects the trust our clients place in us, the dedication of our team members and our ongoing commitment to creating and preserving quality affordable housing opportunities for the communities we serve. We are grateful to be part of an industry that changes lives every day and honored to continue contributing to the national conversation around the future of affordable housing.”
