Compass team Ellen + Janis founded Common Ground Collective with industry partners. The six-member, LGBTQIA-centered group will serve the Greater Boston market with a focus on inclusivity and representation.

Members include Ellen Grubert, Janis Lippman, Beth Maguire, Justine Portmann Katz, Kris Hanrahan and Lisa Daggett.

“Beyond transactions, we are passionate advocates for the community, reinvesting in local non-profits and grassroots organizations to support equity and housing justice,” said Grubert and Lippman in a press release. “Our inclusive ethos ensures that every client feels seen, heard, and supported, no matter their background, identity or circumstances.”
