Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of the Mystic Grove apartment building in Arlington for $20.5 million — that’s 341,667 per unit.

The complex features 60 apartments in studio, one-, two- and four-bedroom layouts, plus several commercial spaces.

The suburban complex was built between 1925 and 1963 and spans three buildings on contiguous parcels. The building’s Arlington location offers access to an MBTA bus station and is positioned directly across from the recently completed Arlington High School.

“The acquisition of Mystic Grove Apartments presents the buyer with a unique opportunity to continue prior ownership’s modern interior renovation business plan and increase revenue across all 60 units,” said Evan Griffith, senior managing director at Marcus & Millichap.
