What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Medical sales

Where did you grow up? Born in Boston, grew up on the South Shore in Weymouth and have lived in Hingham since 2017.

Growing up, what did you want to be? An architect

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Boat, beach, ski, Celtics games

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Tom Brady because of his ability to overcome adversity and commitment to excellence. The way he was always pushing himself to be better is someone I look up to and can take lessons away from and apply them to anything in life.

What is Boston’s best-kept secret? Compared to other major cities, how easy it is to get into Boston for the day or date night and how there are so many amazing places to try!

What do you love most about the industry? Working with the clients and witnessing their overwhelming sense of joy when they either have their offer accepted, or when their house goes under agreement. Helping them get to that point is a very rewarding feeling!

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? By being authentic and relatable on social media. People can truly see who I am in real life.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Not having an offer accepted and telling your buyer the disappointing news.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Put yourself out there and be authentic. Everyone is different and you will attract your own clients based on what you have in common with that audience. There is a right fit for everyone.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Personally – my family, wife and two daughters. Professionally – joining the Sarkis Team and being the No. 1 team in Massachusetts. 

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? Watching: any sports documentary or Netflix mystery. Reading: motivational or healthy lifestyle books. Listening: enjoy all types of music as well as real estate podcasts.

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? So tough to choose! I have 100 favorite meals! Steak at Grille 23 or Mooo… Seafood at Ocean Prime. Italian at Artu North End and Sushi at Lola 42.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? Echelon in Seaport!

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? I’ve seen some strange items during inspections.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I cut my own hair!

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Nantucket in the summer, Cliff House Maine in the fall, Florida in the winter. We also go to our Cape Cod homes with the kids and have an awesome family vacation every Summer.
