Crest City Capital, a boutique private equity and real estate development firm headquartered in Boston and renowned for its multifamily and luxury single-family home projects, announced today its first-ever Mentorship Program.
The first-of-its-kind program is designed to lay the foundation for aspiring residential real estate developers to launch their own careers in the field. Requests for interviews are available here for the session starting on March 11, 2024. Classes cover everything from building a team to underwriting/pitching investors to marketing — and much more.
Crest City Capital’s Founder Brad Cangiamila first pursued real estate development as a passion project while working in pharmaceuticals and thanks his mentors for much of his success.
“This program is extremely unique in that, alongside the courses, our team will act as a consultant to each participant as they secure their first deals,” said Brad Cangiamila, founder of Crest City Capital. “I think back to when I first started Crest City … the mentors I was lucky to have as well as the educational resources I wish I had had, and I planned this program around that.”
Since its creation in 2016 and under Cangiamila’s leadership, Crest City Capital has grown from one project in Back Bay, Boston to 120 across the country. The company has completed more than $360 million in real estate transactions.
