MaryBeth Poblocki has been named branch director of Boston’s ERA Key – Great Spaces. 

The Milton resident was previously an associate broker with William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance in South Boston, a real estate broker with Capital Residential Group in South Boston, a vice president/real estate broker at GKR Residential in South Boston and a client services associate at Meredith & Grew in Boston.

“After working alongside some of Boston’s top commercial real estate brokers, I realized that my true love was residential real estate,” Poblocki said. “Since then, I have sold more than $100 million of real estate in Massachusetts. ERA Key – Great Spaces provides me with an opportunity to continue my career in a management position with a rapidly growing leader in residential real estate.”

Poblocki, who is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and an Accredited Seller’s Representative (ASR). She is also a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Outside of work she is a member of the Parent Volunteer Committee at Xaverian Brothers High School and is a fundraising representative for various local organizations.
