It should be noted that out of the $146 million in his total closed volume, he closed almost $109 million (74%) in purchase volume. This concentration in purchase transactions is very important to Attaya. “I always look to help existing clients if they need to refinance to a lower rate, shorter term or cash out proceeds,” he says, “but it is not my main focus.” He wants to help new buyers in today’s competitive market, in which inventory is at all-time lows.
No. 10: Josh Lioce
For Josh Lioce, chief executive officer of the Livian – Massachusetts Group at Keller Williams Premier Properties in Milford, his 20-year journey in real estate began at the age of 21, when he received his sales license. At 23, he obtained his broker’s license and started his own independent brokerage. Raised in and now still working in Milford, Lioce immediately became involved in area civic organizations and clubs, eventually running for local offices, like a seat on the Board of Assessors. In other words, Lioce has deep hometown pride and devotion.
