What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Community Health Worker/Cancer Navigator

Growing up, what did you want to be? A counselor.
 
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Listen to music and read.
 
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Oprah, she is successful and I love her energy.
 
What is Boston’s best-kept secret? There’s a spot at Spaulding Hospital in Charlestown that has a view that just brings calmness and peace.
 
What do you love most about the industry? I learn something new every day, but most importantly, this industry pushes me to get out of my comfort zone.
 
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I really put myself in the client’s shoes, empathize with their wants and needs and don’t let them give up on their goals of being a homeowner.
 
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? I always want to pick up EVERY call, but when it’s family time, I have to let the call go to VM.
 
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Put yourself out there. Even when it’s super uncomfortable just do it. If you haven’t done it yet…. Take advantage of your social media platforms and post post post!
 
What has been your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment is getting outside my head and helping host seminars, posting videos and making it in this business!
 
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? “Manifest,” “Andor,” “The Kardashians” (don’t judge me😂). I’m reading anything that has to do with self improvement. Listening to a lot of worship music
 
What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Seafood dish
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? Church of the Covenant on Newbury Street.
 
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? That I’m not mean. I guess when people first meet me, my face is too serious … but once the conversations start I’m pretty nice.
 
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Puerto Rico, there are so many cities to visit with breathtaking views.
 
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Find a great mentor or coach and take a lot of trainings.
 
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? At the moment VN
 
Who are your favorite people to follow on social media? There are so many, but I focus on people that are successful in eXp, Justin Ford for example, AJ Mida… and then there’s Tony Robbins, I was able to see him live and his positive energy is infectious.
