Arlington’s Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty and Osterville’s Kinlin Grover Real Estate were two of 35 real estate brokerage firms in the U.S. recognized for “extraordinary customer service” in the 2021 QE Awards.
Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty was named to the list of top 20 small companies, and Kinlin Grover Real Estate made the list of the top 10 midsize companies.
The awards are based upon the results of an independent customer-satisfaction survey of homebuyers and sellers with closing transactions facilitated by participating real estate companies. More than 30,000 real estate agents and 750 companies participated in the awards process, according to a press release.
Winning the award “reflects measured and independently verified customer service excellence in the delivery of the highest levels of customer satisfaction in real estate service in North America,” said Larry Romito, CEO of Quality Service Certification Inc., which administers the award with sister company Leading Research Corp. “We believe that in a consumer-centric world, the higher standard for gauging excellence in professional services should authentically measure how well each customer is served, not just how much business is done.”
The awards are divided among the top five large companies, the top 10 midsize companies and the top 20 small companies and cover 22 states. The complete list follows:
