Making Moves: New president for Robert Paul Properties and a brokerage merger on Cape Cod

by Kasey Chronis

Joly, McAbee & Weinert merge with Kinlin Grover

Joly, McAbee & Weinert is merging with Kinlin Grover Real Estate, Cape Cod’s largest real estate brokerage, which operates as part of The Randall Family of Companies, according to a Kinlin press release.

“Our company has always been part of our family, and I’m sure that [Kinlin Grover president] Mike Schlott feels the same about Kinlin Grover,” Crystal Weinert said. “Uppermost in our decision to merge with Kinlin Grover is that it is a company we feel at home with and want to be a part of for decades to come.”

Schlott said the merger connects Kinlin Grover agents with a global network through its alliance with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International, which includes 130,000 agents and 565 companies in 70 countries.

Clark succeeds longtime president of Robert Paul Properties

Wendt retiring after more than three decades in the industry

Robert Paul Properties has named Emily Clark to serve as its new president, where she will oversee the company’s sales, management, development and training initiatives.

She succeeds longtime Robert Paul Properties President Wissy Wendt, who is retiring.

“This role presents a remarkable opportunity for me to oversee the continued growth of the brokerage and build upon our momentum in the communities we so passionately serve,” Clark said.

Clark has served as general sales manager at the company since 2017, a period of time when Robert Paul Properties added 40 agents and experienced a 65 percent jump in sales in greater Boston.
