What was your first job in the realty industry? Working as a Realtor-Associate at Clockhouse Realty, Inc. in their luxury rental division.

Where did you grow up? Fairhaven, MA

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Go to the gym, or take the motorcycle out for a ride.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A police Officer

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Too many to count; however, I would have go with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Warren Buffet, or Bill Gates, to name a few. I would have the same conversation with all of them and learn about the process of how they were able to accomplish everything they wanted out of life.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? I enjoy relaxing at the beach with friends and family.

What do you love most about the industry? The fact that you get out what you put in. I also get paid top dollar (90 percent commission) by my brokerage, so I am constantly reminded that all the time I put in each day is definitely worth it.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Trying to manage the different expectations each client presents on a day-to-day basis.

Where do you go to network? Nowhere specific, but its surprising how word of mouth and just talking to as many people as possible can do for your career!

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Closing my first deal was a milestone for me. It cemented the idea in my head that I am in control of how well I perform in this business.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Book – “Go Set A Watchman.” Movie – “Infinity War.”

What is your favorite restaurant? The Dog House Restaurant located in New Bedford, MA – without a doubt, the best cheeseburgers in the state.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? I am a huge Red Sox fan, so I have to go with Fenway Park.

What kind of car do you drive? Car – GMC Envoy. Motorcycle – Kawasaki Ninja.

Smartphone or paper? Paper – writing things down helps me stay organized day in, day out.

What is your favorite city after Boston? Providence, RI

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? It’s not as easy as it is perceived to be. Rather, it is a grind and the best advice I can provide is to put the hours in and always be striving to learn new information to perfect your craft!

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? Besides using the MLS, I would have to say Trulia.
