Currently under construction, Ink Block, $200 million apartment development project offering three buildings with three distinct designs, is coming to 401 Harrison Ave. in the South End neighborhood in Summer/Fall 2015.

The development will be divided into three separate, unique, living experiences, labeled 1 Ink, 2 Ink and 3 Ink. Each building has its own vibe with unique layouts, materials, colors and finishes.
1 Ink will have a chic, modern vibe with floor to ceiling windows and stunning views of Boston. The building offer upscale, spacious floor plans, sleek modern kitchens and floor to ceiling windows with wide open views of the downtown skyline.
2 Ink will offer more industrial, loft feeling spaces. Ink Block refers to this building as the edgiest building with open floor plans and industrial chic designs that feature artsy, streamlined finishes with bold black cabinets and highly contrasting colors. This building will also house a Whole Foods on the ground floor.
3 Ink is designed to provide residences with an elegant, traditional feeling, offering modern amenities. This building will feature more refined finishes with warm light wood cabinets and quartz countertops, making the spaces warm, flexible and functional.
Amenities and More
Amenities for these condos and apartments include a fitness center, rooftop pool, outdoor living space, concierge, security and underground parking. Ink Block will have 411 parking spaces made up of 350 underground and 61 above ground.
The apartments also offer green living built to LEED Gold standards with electric car charging stations, on site secure bike parking, rainwater recharge on site, a residential recycling program, use of regionally sourced renewable materials and finishes, ENERGY STAR appliances and available Zipcar and Hubway station, not to mention, the buildings are 100% smoke-free.
Within the South End neighborhood, residences will enjoy access to restaurants, shopping, galleries, city parks and transportation are all within a 15 minute walk of Ink Block. Additionally, The Ink Block will contain 85,000 square feet of new retail space that will be the new home for shops and luxury restaurants, and a 50,000 square foot Whole Foods.
