What do you consider a “fashion don’t”? Scrunchies and kitten heels

What is your favorite piece of clothing and why? My $15 pair of Forever 21 jeans. They have holes at the knee and fit amazing. I would live in them if I could.

What do you consider a must-have accessory? I think a good statement necklace can go a long way. I also always think diamonds are the best accessory. Understated elegance is the way to go.

Where are your favorite places to shop? I wish I could shop as much as I wanted but I am too busy, so I do a lot online. When I can get out and about, I love Zara, Boden, Nordstrom – and I also love a good T.J.Maxx trip.

What, besides your wardrobe, completes your look? My bags. My babies. I have a small addiction for which I do not want to get well. I always have a fierce bag in tow.

What is in your bag/brief case? Like four different lip balms. Better than Sex Mascara. L’Occitane hand cream. Business cards. Orbit gum. My MacBook. One-hundred-calorie pack of almonds. (And usually a pacifier or two.)

My closet is full of… Bags, dresses and shoes. I have accumulated quite the collection over the years.

What is your style advice for other people in the industry? I would say be comfortable and classy. I don’t think you have to sacrifice one for the other. If I know I have a busy day of showings and home inspections, I’m not going to wear my Louboutins, but I will wear my leopard Yosi Samra flats and a cute dress with a blazer. And always a statement necklace.
