Originally a mother-daughter real estate duo, The Mazur Team is now a family business. With 33 years of experience as a Realtor, Hildy Mazur founded the team at Compass with her daughter, Alyssa Mazur, in 2021. That turned into a family trio last year when her son, Andrew Mazur, transitioned from property and asset management to working as a full-time Realtor. “Our selling clients have a team of agents working on their behalf to help them prep, list and market their home,” The Mazur Team explains, “while our buying clients receive individual attention with a team for backup when needed.”
A former construction project manager, Hildy began her real estate career after having her first of four children. She’s known for her honesty, clarity and understanding from decades of experience. Alyssa, Hildy’s fourth child, grew up around real estate and entered the industry while home from college during the pandemic. Alyssa guides clients through the market, connects clients with trusted contractors and manages entire projects. Andrew, Hildy’s second child, brings broad industry experience to the team, is passionate about understanding clients’ goals and excels at finding creative solutions.

When not working, Hildy enjoys hiking, yoga and spending time with her grandchildren . An avid runner, Alyssa has completed two marathons, is a certified yoga teacher and loves boating. Andrew has biked across the country, enjoys surfing and boating, and dabbles in stand-up comedy.
