A professional problem-solver with a passion for helping others, Sabrina Carr was destined for success. She hit the ground running with her real estate business eight years ago and she has earned multiple top producer awards ever since. She describes being part of her clients’ new chapters as one of the most rewarding things she’s ever done.

The Boston native is known for her ability to streamline information so her clients deeply understand the process and next steps, and she provides strategic options for her clients to choose from. “They can feel confident in their decisions because they’re fueled by market insight and experience,” Carr says. Recently, she formed the Sabrina Carr Group, which includes agents, marketers and a transaction coordinator, so she can serve more clients while continuing to offer unparalleled service.

In her former career in corporate sales, Carr became an expert in client success, presentation, solution-selling and negotiations. In real estate, sellers receive the same execution that was expected when she worked with Fortune 500 clients. Buyers’ offers are presented the same way she did in corporate settings: with a cover letter and executive summary. “My clients are selling or buying their largest investment,” she explains. “They deserve that level of care.”

Technology plays a big part in Carr’s business. She frequently creates insightful content for social media and her regular client newsletter covering not only real estate, but also local events and businesses. All of her sales presentations and transactions are digital and on easy-to-use platforms that clients can access wherever they are.

With each completed transaction, Carr donates to the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation. She uses downtime to volunteer at her childrens’ schools, spend time with family, and work out at local fitness studios. She also visits her extended family in Italy often and intends to explore as much of the rest of the world as she can.
