When Lisa Gray realized she no longer wanted to be bound to a desk, she made the leap into real estate. Five-and-a-half years later, she works tirelessly to bring the dream of homeownership to her clients. Starting out, the self-described hands-on learner attended open houses and familiarized herself with the Multiple Listing Service. “I asked lots of questions, and, of course, as I started to sell more and more real estate, my experience naturally helped me to understand the market,” she says.

Having grown up in Somerville and now residing in Tewksbury, Gray is knowledgeable about the tri-state landscape. She serves north Boston, southern New Hampshire and southern Maine. Specializing in all aspects of real estate, she loves to help veterans and military families. The former paralegal underscores her expertise in helping a wide range of customers, noting, “I think my paralegal background helps me rise above my competition, as I understand the legal aspect of real estate. I know how to better protect my clients and avoid any legal repercussions for them.”

Gray stays on top of her business by leveraging all the services her brokerage offers — especially their customer relationship management system — which helps her stay organized and communicative. Clients like her honesty, transparency, consultative approach and fun demeanor. Whether buying or selling, her hope is that all parties work together seamlessly and clients be happy with the outcome of the transaction. A member of her national and multiple local Realtor associations, she’s most proud to have received the peer-nominated Innovator in Marketing Award from her local Realtor board.

A few changes Gray made in 2023 include prioritizing not just her business, but work-life balance, self-care and being there for her kids as they embark on the next phases of their lives. She also engages in senior dog rescue, traveling, music and dance.
