Lynn Walsh has returned to Coldwell Banker Realty’s Lemonister office.

Walsh, a high-level sales producer in the Worcester County area, ranks among Coldwell Banker International’s President’s Premier top 1% of the company’s more than 100,000 sales associates worldwide.

With her return, Walsh is bringing 18 listings with her, having left in April to work with another brokerage before returning in early October.

“I’m very excited to be back and working with my esteemed colleagues,” said Walsh. “Coldwell Banker Realty has the best marketing program by far,” she added as another reason for her return, in particular the company’s Global Luxury and Listing Concierge programs.

Walsh is a longtime Lunenburg resident with more than 25 years of experience in real estate, working with both buyers and sellers in central Massachusetts. She specializes in lake properties and new construction, covering all price ranges from starter homes to luxury residential estates. She also has expertise in commercial real estate transactions.

“We are excited to welcome Lynn back to the Coldwell Banker Realty family,” said Allison McIntyre, vice president and managing broker of the company’s Leominster and Westford offices.

“She is a true professional who inspires her co-workers and prides herself on providing exceptional service to her clients. I look forward to supporting Lynn as she continues to grow her business with Coldwell Banker Realty.”

Outside of real estate, Walsh has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the fitness industry, where she built her own successful business. She’s also active in many town and school booster clubs and fundraising programs.
