Always a team player, Roy Bahnam collaborates with his colleagues and clients to achieve a common vision. “Nothing great in life can be achieved alone,” says Bahnam, a real estate advisor with Douglas Elliman. An early member of The Sarkis Team, Bahnam specializes in residential properties throughout Boston and the surrounding suburbs. “My passion for connecting with people and building relationships allows me to better assist my clients on the biggest investment many of them will ever make,” he says.

Born and raised in Boston, Bahnam, now a condo owner in the South End, lends his intimate knowledge of the city to his clients, introducing them to the neighborhoods and amenities that best fit their needs. “Living here for over 26 years gives me credibility and my clients know they can trust my recommendations,” he explains. 

In 2022, Bahnam led the near sell-out of Necco Landing Lofts at 49 Melcher Street in Seaport’s Fort Point and assisted on new development luxury projects including The Parker, 11 Taft Hill Terrace and The Cosmopolitan. “Being a member of The Sarkis Team has enabled me to grow my business without sacrificing the quality of my service,” he says, noting how he and his associates support each other, whether it be filling in at an open house or providing advice during a difficult transaction. 

Named Douglas Elliman Boston Rookie of the Year in 2020 and MVP of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman in 2021, Bahnam has built a reputation as an efficient, organized and honest professional. “My clients have told me that I’ve helped them feel comfortable and confident in their decisions,” he says. “I always have their needs and priorities at the forefront of my mind.” 

Outside of work, Bahnam gives back to his community through volunteering with clients and friends, and enjoys playing football, working out at the gym and traveling.
