Rikki Conley, Global Real Estate Advisor

Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty

Growing up as the daughter of a diplomat, Rikki Conley has international roots that paved the way for her decade-long career as a global real estate advisor. Conley earned a graduate degree from Columbia University and worked as an architect before starting a family. She embarked on real estate after she and her husband relocated from London to Massachusetts and her children grew a bit older. Her background in architecture has been a perfect complement to her career.

Now a luxury real estate expert in Boston and Rhode Island, as well as a member of multiple local and national Realtor associations, Conley provides “white-glove” service at all price points. Noted for her availability and full-service offerings, she possesses a business posture that’s straightforward and calming. “I want to make this fun for my clients but understand these are huge life decisions,” she says. “You bring as much information to the table as possible so there are no surprises.” It’s clear to Conley’s clients that they have a trusted and knowledgeable partner in her.

Conley had many notable accomplishments over the past year. She facilitated the sale of multiple properties that had been on the market for years, claimed one of the highest recorded sales in Westwood in more than 16 years and soared through other challenging property sales to secure $25 million in successful offers. She credits her team, The Lara & Chelsea Collaborative, as a key support system. “We are all our own agents and work on our own deals,” she says. “However, we also collaborate together … very inclusive.”

Conley has two daughters living with Type 1 diabetes, and that cause has been at the forefront of her family’s charitable endeavors for many years. She is also a silversmith and enjoys jewelry-making and home renovation in her spare time.
