An expert in residential, commercial and new construction listing and sales for over 40 years, Lillian Montalto is known for her professionalism, area knowledge, negotiating skills and ability to create solutions.

Montalto’s career began in the corporate world, although she found the environment to be the wrong fit for her get-up-and-go personality. “I was never one to sit in an office and wait to be told what to do,” she explains. “I quickly realized that a career in real estate allowed me to create my own destiny as there was no ‘glass ceiling’ and whatever you put into it, you would reap the benefits.”

One of Montalto’s favorite sayings is “Get up, dress up and show up,” and it’s a philosophy she and her colleagues at Lillian Montalto Signature Properties International, LLC embody every day. Her team includes administrative personnel as well as a group of hardworking licensed agents. “Our society today is driven by instant gratification,” she says. “Therefore, you need to have a team to provide the best customer service.”

Recognized as a Zillow Premier Agent, Montalto and her team sell hundreds of properties through the site each year.

Montalto is the incoming president of the Northeast Builders and Remodelers Association of Massachusetts, for which she’s sat on the board of directors for over 28 years. She’s also a member of the Zillow Advisory Board, which she joined in 2020.

Committed to philanthropic endeavors, Lillian Montalto Signature Properties International raised over $115,000 for Be Like Brit in October, as well as over $55,000 for Breast Cancer Research.
