Former flight attendant Angela Caruso has been a powerhouse of the Framingham real estate scene for over a decade. This mom of two says “no” isn’t part of her vocabulary, and she sees other agents as team members, rather than competition.
A resident of Framingham for over 15 years, Caruso says the community feels more like home than anywhere she’s ever lived. “I moved excessively as a child, so a place to call home is a very big deal to me,” she shares. “A home is so much more than a roof over your head.”
While Caruso acknowledges the “selling” aspect of real estate, she doesn’t consider herself a salesperson. Rather, she sees herself as more of a friend and advocate for her clients.
She had the best year of her career in 2022, navigating several tricky situations where perseverance was necessary, even when the odds were against her. “Staying strong mentally is a big deal in this business,” she says. “Things don’t always go according to plan, and there are no guarantees. I’m really good at helping my clients stay positive in less-than-ideal situations.”
Caruso has been a member of Realty Executives’ 100% Club every year since 2016 and earned the Diamond Club award in 2021 and 2022. She was also recognized as one of the top 15 best-performing agents for the entire city of Framingham in 2022.
Outside of work, Caruso and her children volunteer annually at My Brother’s Keeper.
