While entertaining a new career goal and transitioning from the service industry, AJ Bruce noticed an opportunity to obtain his real estate license in order to follow his innate ability to serve the community on a much grander scale. Now a seasoned professional, he offers a distinct buying and selling experience and lays claim to 50 home sales last year as a top-ranked agent in his firm. “I look at real estate as more than just a job,” says Bruce. “I really just try to make every client feel as though I am in their shoes, so they are getting that A+, one-on-one service all the time. It’s just imperative.”

A Massachusetts native, Bruce has served the Middlesex and Worcester County areas for the past eight years and is also licensed in Connecticut. He describes his business style as “fun, while getting the job done.’’ The majority of his clientele come by way of networking, referrals and social media marketing. He also credits his client retention to his willingness to fight tirelessly for the best deals.

Reflecting on the past year, Bruce says, “I really took the time this year to crack down and focus on helping people reach their goals of buying and selling homes.” His successful focus was acknowledged by his recent transition up from President’s Club to President’s Club Elite status, as well as acknowledgment among Lamacchia Realty’s Top 10 agents companywide. He is also an Emerald Level Top Producer in his local Realtor association.

“My proudest personal accomplishment this past year would be the decision to take my health in my own hands, quit drinking and become healthier,” says Bruce. “It was the best decision I have ever made.” A lover of music across multiple decades, he often can be found with tunes playing in the background, bringing vibrancy and relaxation to his environment.
