After 20 years of serving as a business leader and project manager in retail, Paul J. Cervone wanted a career change. He’d always had an interest in real estate and decided to take the leap into the industry upon moving back home to Massachusetts. Eleven years later, Cervone is thoroughly engaged in his craft, serving as a National Military Relocation Professional and on boards for the National Association of Realtors and his local chapters.
With a broad range of clientele and property-type specializations, Cervone works primarily in the townships of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. A forward-thinking strategist, he educates and guides his clients to an optimal real estate experience, describing his approach as “always coming from a place of positivity.” He sees business as a comprehensive endeavor and notes that with each client he assists, he is better positioned to execute the next client interaction at an even higher level of knowledge and service. It’s this posture of constant growth that’s facilitated his recent successes.
Despite the turbulence of the pandemic, Cervone produced more than $55 million in volume while easing more than 125 clients to their success these past few years His accolades include recognition multiple times as a top producer by Boston Agent magazine and having been noted as Best in Massachusetts for transactions and sales volume by RealTrends. Cervone’s commendations with Lamacchia Realty include having made the President’s Club Elite group of awardees and ranking among the firm’s top five real estate agents for both 2020 and 2021.
A formidable business professional, Cervone is also a classically trained percussionist, composer and songwriter who attended the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston. He enjoys sports, as well, having been ranked New England’s No. 1 tennis player at the age of just 16. He loves sharing time with his family and traveling.
