A love of home design and architecture and a passion for helping people find their place in the world drove Danielle Meade to a career in real estate. A Realtor with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, Meade is a Gibson Sotheby’s 2020 Top Producer and the recipient of 2018 and 2019 Top Producer awards from Benoit Mizner Simon.
“I am very passionate about what I do, starting with staging, vendor references, photos, marketing and everything all the way up to the closing table,” she says. Learning how to navigate an unprecedented year of bidding wars while building the Meade Group, which she launched this past year, was her toughest challenge. But she prevailed.
Meade entered the industry 16 years ago, while selling large new-construction buildings in Boston. She transitioned her business to the suburbs seven years ago and now specializes in luxury single-family and new-construction homes in Wayland — the suburb in which she and her husband have been raising a family for more than 12 years — as well as Sudbury and elsewhere in MetroWest.
Driven and self-motivated, Meade became a top producer soon after beginning her career. She started the Meade Group to allow herself and her team to put more time in with clients, search for more off-market listings, attend every showing and never have to use a lockbox. Putting her clients first is her No. 1 priority.
“Clients are always surprised at how much work is involved in buying and selling a home”, she says. “This year, I have helped a few families who bought their original home without using an agent. Once they used us to sell their current home and find a new one, they saw just how beneficial using a Realtor is. Everything from working with their bank, photos, showings, negotiations, and the list goes on and on.”
An avid tennis and field hockey player, Meade also enjoys CrossFit and supports the Parmenter Food Pantry and Neighbor Brigade/Pam’s Run.
