Fond of working with numbers and intrigued by the fast pace of real estate, Jason Evans thought a career as a loan officer would be a perfect fit for him. Sixteen years later, he still enjoys going to work every day. “I love solving a problem and figuring out a way to get someone financing on a difficult scenario,” he says.

Having ranked among the Scotsman Guide’s top loan originators since 2010, Evans also was named a top loan officer by Hometown Weekly in 2017, 2018 and 2019. This past year he helped over 720 families close on a home mortgage, double his previous record. Many clients have told him that saving money on their mortgage or buying a new home has been the highlight of this challenging year.

Evans assists first-time, move-up and move-down buyers, as well as veterans and investors who own multiple properties. Evans adds value to the client experience by simply listening and being available any time of the day. He educates clients on the process so they understand their options and provides post-closing customer service so clients never feel left behind. “Foreseeing issues and handling them before it creates a delay is crucial,” he says.

A volunteer with the Foxboro Rotary Club, Evans supports both the local and international communities. Motivated to work hard to give his wife and their two young children a good life, he treasures time with family.
