Elise Siebert began her real estate career 16 years ago and specializes in Boston’s MetroWest region, serving Sudbury, Wayland and Weston and the surrounding towns. Siebert, a Realtor with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, assists clients in all price points, ranging from first-time buyers to luxury homeowners and builders. “Luxury is an experience, not a price point,” she says. “The most important thing is that my clients enjoy working with me and are more than willing to pass my name along to their friends and family.”
To date, 75% of Siebert’s business has come from referrals and past clients. With a client-centered approach and a commitment to professional growth and achievement, she has become an award-winning and highly respected Realtor in the Boston region. Siebert was recently featured in Boston Common magazine’s “Dynamic Women” edition, in addition to being included in Boston Agent’s 2019 “Who’s Who in Boston Real Estate” issue.
Despite the pandemic’s putting a hold on all in-person showings and the drastic slowdown that caused in the spring, Siebert’s business has still grown 200% from last year. “I took that time to focus on my clients, restructure my business plan and, as a result, I closed out the best year I’ve ever had,” she says.
For the future, Siebert plans to continue to achieve at high levels. “My goal is to be the No. 1 agent again this year” she says. “Through this COVID-19 pandemic, we have all come to realize the importance of our home environment. This job allows me to help my clients find a place to fall in love with, that they can call home.”
