Exceeding her sales records on a yearly basis, Lorraine Kuney never slows down. A Realtor at RE/MAX Executive Realty with a focus on markets in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, Kuney serves homebuyers and sellers, employing insights gleaned from her 25 years of experience to best educate her clients. “I work hard to maintain my reputation,” she says.

Starting her career in retail sales management just out of college, Kuney transitioned to real estate sales soon after starting her family. “I loved working with customers, and in those younger years, I learned that the customer comes first,” says Kuney. “The Golden Rule made a big impression on me and became my mission statement today.”

Widely recognized as one of Franklin’s most in-demand agents, Kuney is a longtime member of the 100% Club, the Platinum Club, the Chairman’s Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She has also received the Lifetime Achievement and Top Producer Awards yearly since 2015. “Being successful means being busy all the time, and having a great licensed assistant keeps me grounded and on track,” she says.

Kuney is a Certified Relocation Professional, Certified Seller Specialist and Certified Buyer Representative and has been trained to serve military families by USAA. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Kuney supports the RE/MAX Charitable Foundation as well as the Franklin Food Pantry and Santa Foundation.
Outside of work, Kuney is an enthusiastic gardener and traveler. Residing in Franklin for 25 years, she has taken great pride in watching her three children flourish into adulthood.
